Flipkart's Big Bang Diwali sale and Amazon's Diwali phase have not been dated yet. Last year, Flipkart's Big Bang Diwali sale ran from 11 to 24 October 2025, right after Big Billion Days, so expect a similar follow-up this year.

Week 1 (8–14 October): Big Electronics

The first week is all about the two giant sales. If you want a phone, TV, laptop or appliance, this is usually the best window, because launch-day deals and bank offers are strongest. Read our guides on Big Billion Days 2026, the Great Indian Festival 2026 and bank offers before you start.

Weeks 2–3 (15–31 October): Fashion, Gifts and Karwa Chauth

As electronics settle, fashion sales take over. Myntra's Big Fashion Festival is expected to run into the middle of the month, and gift shopping picks up. Karwa Chauth on 29 October also brings a rush for jewellery, sarees and gifts. Order gifts by around 22 October to avoid late deliveries. Our Karwa Chauth gift guide can help.

Week 4 (1–8 November): Dhanteras, Decor and Last-Minute Gifts

The final week is about Dhanteras gold and utensils, home decor, sweets and last-minute gifts. However, delivery slows down near Diwali, so finish online orders by about 3 November. Use our guides to Dhanteras offers 2026, Diwali home decor under ₹500 and Diwali gifts under ₹1,000.

Diwali Sale 2026 Dates for Other Stores

Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra are not the only ones. AJIO, Nykaa, Meesho, Tata CLiQ and others also run festive sales around the same weeks. However, most of them had not shared exact dates when we wrote this. As a rule, they line up with the big two, so expect offers to be strongest in the first half of October and again just before Diwali. We will add their dates here once they are announced.

How to Use Diwali Sale 2026 Dates to Save More

Knowing the dates is only half the plan. So, first, make a list of everything you want and mark it against the weeks above. Next, add items to your cart now, so you can see the real price drop later. Finally, keep the right bank card ready for each store. In short, a little planning around the Diwali sale 2026 dates beats impulse buying every time.
