Do You Have the Right Card for HDFC Pixel Go UPI?

First, check the network. UPI works only with RuPay credit cards. Pixel Go comes in Visa and RuPay versions, and some users see both inside PayZapp. So open PayZapp, tap your Pixel card and look for the RuPay logo. If you only have Visa, you can't use HDFC Pixel Go UPI on that card.

How to Set Up HDFC Pixel Go UPI

1. Turn on online useIn PayZapp card controls, enable online transactions. Otherwise payments may fail.
2. Set the RuPay card PINIn PayZapp, open the card, tap Set / Reset PIN, choose the RuPay card and verify the OTP.
3. Open your UPI appGoogle Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or another app that supports RuPay credit cards.
4. Add a RuPay credit cardChoose "Add RuPay credit card", then pick HDFC Bank. The app finds your card by mobile number.
5. Set your UPI PINEnter the last digits and expiry, verify the OTP and create a UPI PIN.
6. Scan and payAt a shop QR, choose the RuPay credit card as the payment method.

HDFC Pixel Go UPI Cashback Rules

• 1% back on eligible UPI spends, paid as CashPoints.
• Capped at 500 CashPoints a month, so about ₹50,000 of UPI spend earns the full amount.
• Merchant payments only. Sending money to a friend, cash-like transfers and some categories (like investments) usually don't count.
• Same exclusions as the card. Fuel, rent, wallet loads and government payments earn nothing.
